When can I expect to receive my Audit document outlining my Potential Claim?

As soon as we receive the Authority form and payment we will take no longer than 60 days.

What does unenforceable mean to me?

When an agreement is unenforceable it means that the terms of the agreement may not be enforced for example one of the terms of the agreement is to repay the sum borrowed so if the agreement is unenforceable the client would not have to repay any outstanding amount on your agreement.

Do I still continue to make payments on my agreement once the process is started?

Yes you must NOT make any further purchases using the card.
Do not increase the balance on the card.
Keep making payments and not incur further arrears.
Do not miss any payment.

Will the process of auditing have an adverse effect on my credit score?

No there is no impact on your credit file by Re-ClaimUK and our solicitors.

This is a common concern but to request a credit agreement is your legal right under the Consumer Credit Act.

Are there any alternatives to Re-Claim UK's services?

There are Ombudsman schemes such as the Financial Ombudsman Service and other official means that can be used directly as a means of obtaining redress.
However we feel it is unlikely your creditor will settle without the threat of legal action and the law is very complicated in this area.
By using Re-ClaimUK you will have an audit document which will clearly have examined your agreement and it is by using this evidence a case will be collated.
