How It Works

1. Simply fill in the online application form.

2. We will then send you a simple letter of authority allowing Re-Claim UK to deal with your bank in relation to your claim.

3. If you do not have your last 6 years bank statements, we shall also require a cheque made payable to your Bank for the amount of £10 (which is the maximum amount your bank can charge you for supplying your previous six years statements)

4. Once we have received your simple claims pack we will then manage the entire process updating you every step of the way, all you have to do is sit back, relax and wait for your refund.

5. Only on successful completion of your case do we charge our fee of 25% + VAT or £250 (Which ever is greater) of the total amount reclaimed.

6. Re-Claim UK is regulated by the Ministry of Justice CRM Number.
