Or we will send out the necessary paperwork for signing in the post this will allow RE-CLAIM UK LTD and our solicitors to deal with your credit agreement provider in relation to your audit and potential claim.

Return all documents with the original credit agreements if available and fee for £350.00 after reading, understanding and signing our terms and conditions.

Once we have received your letter of authority and fee we will start to process the claim by contacting your credit provider to release the relevant documentation under the terms of the data protection Act
They have to legally respond within 16 days. Once they do, the process can start, taking up to 60 days.

You will receive an audit document.

Progression of the claim using the audit document this will take up to 6-9 months.

Client will be updated after key events

On conclusion of your successful claim, your debt is settled.
