Unfair Credit Agreements - How it Works
1. Simply fill in the online Make a Claim form.

2. We will then send you a claim pack that includes a letter of authority allowing Re-Claim UK and a member of our Legal Panel (Solicitor) to deal with your Credit Agreement Provider in relation to your evaluation (audit) and potential claim.

3. We also will include a pro forma invoice for our Audit Fee of £350 for your initial Audit we charge £200 for a Second Audit and £100 for all subsequent. The fee can be sent to us in a form of cheque.

4. We will need copies of your original Credit Agreement if you still have them please send them back with your letter of authority.

5. If you do not have your original documents do not worry we will request directly from your creditor or loan company (this cost is covered in your audit fee).

6. Once we have received your letter of authority and original Credit Agreement, we will evaluate if you have a valid claim if indeed your claim is valid we will then progress your complaint with your Credit Agreement Provider in conjunction with our solicitors updating you every step of the way.

7.On settlement of your claim you keep 100% of settlement plus any interest.

8.We are authorised by the Ministry of Justice in relation to Claims Management Activities.
